Shipping
Domestic Shipping
All domestic packages will be sent out via the shipper selected during the order. Tracking will be provided as soon as your package leaves our HQ. We're a small shop doing our darndest to keep up, and most packages will be fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 hours. Please be patient and let us know if you have any special needs or requests.
International Shipping
All international shipping orders will ship via the quoted providers on Shopify. Any duties and taxes that are associated with the country where the product is being delivered are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Pickup
Local Pick up is now available at our Portland, OR storefront. Our address is 3901 N. Williams Ave, Portland, OR 97212 and you can pick up your packages during our open hours.
Lost Packages & Returns & Exchanges
All orders are packed with the utmost care — that being said, we are human so sometimes we make errors as well — if your order is not correct please email us immediately so that we may provide you with the corrected items as well as an envelope with pre-paid return shipping: service@theathleticcommunity.com.
If you wish to exchange or return an item within the first two weeks (14 days) of your order please email us (service@theathleticcommunity.com) to help us process your order quickly. We cannot accept socks that have been opened and tried on or product that has been used or had tags removed. Please consult the sizing guides or contact us directly to ensure a good fit so we can minimize our carbon footprint and resource waste.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
