All domestic packages will be sent out via the United States Postal Service. Tracking will be provided as soon as your package leaves our HQ. For now, we're a two-human, two-dog shop doing our darndest to keep up with your incredible support! Please be patient and let me know if you have any special needs or requests.
All international shipping orders will ship via the quoted providers on Shopify. This is to be able to provide the best possible service to our customers while we ALL learn how to get you your gear from our HQ in Portland, Oregon straight to your door. Any duties and taxes that are associated with the country where the product is being delivered are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are packed with the utmost care — that being said, we are human so sometimes we make errors as well — if your order is not correct please email us immediately so that we may provide you with the corrected items as well as an envelope with pre-paid return shipping: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to exchange or return an item within the first two weeks (14 days) of your order please email us (email@example.com) to help us process your order quickly. We cannot accept socks that have been opened and tried on or product that has been used or had tags removed. Please consult the sizing guides or contact us directly to ensure a good fit so we can minimize our carbon footprint and resource waste.
