FAQ & Shipping Policies
All domestic packages will be sent out via the United States Postal Service. Tracking will be provided as soon as your package leaves our office. As of February 1st, 2017 all orders have been going out on a daily basis. If your order is placed before 2pm PST you can be sure that it will be going out on the same day. There are multiple options provided in the drop down menu on the checkout page, choose the one that best suits your needs.
All international shipping orders will ship via DHL. This is to be able to provide the best possible services to our customers. Any duties and taxes that are associated with the country where the product is being delivered are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
All orders are packed with the utmost care — that being said, we are human so sometimes we make errors as well — if your order is not correct please email us immediately so that we may provide you with the corrected items as well as an envelope with pre-paid return shipping: Service@theathleticcommunity.com.
If you wish to exchange or return an item within the first two weeks (14 days) of your order please email us (email@example.com) to help us process your order quickly. We cannot accept socks that have been opened and tried on. Please consult the sizing guide below to insure you order the correct size socks.
